I agree. But make sure that the tooth racks are in the correct position to begin with. I have found that if someone replaces ether the 3 or 10 pin tongs incorrectly, it throws the tooth racks out.

The new 180 release spring that goes on the reset lever to the clutch release lever are made differant now...the eye is thicker. It works fine on the newer clutchrelease levers with the X-pin mounting spring, but it will bind if you try to tighten it

Where is H5 hook up in your box at? Check H1 and H4...you should have Input voltage. Check H1 and H2 and you should have 1/2 input voltage Same with H1 and H3 should be 1/2 input voltage....if not primary fuse is blown. If all checks good go to Lo
